Marina Delianidi

Short Biography

Ms. Marina Delianidi holds a BSc degree in Software Engineer (2000) and MSc in Web Intelligence
(2015) from the Information Technology Department of the Alexander Technological Educational
Institute of Thessaloniki. She is a PhD candidate of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of
Thessaly, with a PhD thesis “The Augmented Reality in Education: Its Application to Medical
Education”.
Her professional activity has included teaching in primary and secondary education since 2001. At
the same time she worked as a lab assistant at the Information Technology Department in 2002-
2003 and as a trainer in a public IEK (vocational institution) during the time period 2000-2001 in
the field of Information Technology.
In addition, she has worked in the research committee of the Alexander T.E.I of Thessaloniki
focusing on networking and provision of network services to secondary and primary schools as well as on the development and support of advanced telematics services during the period 2001-2005.
